How do I prepare for my tattoo appointment?
Get a good night's sleep, eat a proper meal before your appointment, avoid alcohol for 24 hours, and stay hydrated. Wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the area being tattooed. Bring reference images and any necessary ID.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to future appointments if you reschedule with sufficient notice. No-shows will forfeit their deposit.
How do I care for my new tattoo?
We provide detailed aftercare instructions and products. Generally, keep the bandage on for 2-4 hours, wash gently with antibacterial soap, apply a thin layer of aftercare ointment 2-3 times daily, avoid soaking, and keep out of direct sunlight for 4 weeks.
Do you use vegan-friendly inks?
Yes, we offer a selection of premium vegan inks. All our aftercare products are also vegan and cruelty-free. Please inform your artist if you prefer vegan options.
How long does a tattoo take to heal?
Surface healing typically takes 2-3 weeks, but full healing beneath the skin takes 4-6 months. During this time, it's important to keep your tattoo moisturized and protected from the sun.
